Did you buy the wrong size clothing? Are you not satisfied with a product? Or, something simply is not what you expected it to be? No problem, we’ll work something out together!
Sometimes buying from a webshop can be more difficult as compared to a physical shop. Therefore returning and refunding is not a problem at Sportvis Outlet. If you are satisfied, we are satisfied. Simple as that! Let’s take into account the following guidelines:

Any purchase order can be returned without giving reasons within a period of reflection of 14 days*.

➡ Notify Sportvis Outlet by sending an e-mail to email@example.com in which you indicate the order number and the products to be returned. Both the shipping costs and the risks of shipping are for the account of the customer. The purchase amount will be reimbursed to you within a few days after the date we received your package.
➡ If possible, pack the products in the original packaging, in the condition that was as original as possible on arrival and make sure we know who the package is from, preferably state the order number.
