Did you buy the wrong size clothing? Are you not satisfied with a product? Or, something simply is not what you expected it to be? No problem, we’ll work something out together!
Sometimes buying from a webshop can be more difficult as compared to a physical shop. Therefore returning and refunding is not a problem at Sportvis Outlet. If you are satisfied, we are satisfied. Simple as that! Let’s take into account the following guidelines:
When can I return (parts of) my order?
Any purchase order can be returned without giving reasons within a period of reflection of 14 days*.
➤ What should I do to return (parts of) my order?
Call us: Sometimes there are easier solutions than sending products back and forth. Together we will work it out in such a way that you will be a satisfied and returning customer. Of course, the choice is always up to you.
➤ Returning a product is easy:
➡ Pack the products with the same care as we try to deliver our orders, and be sure to include the standard form for withdrawal with the parcel.
➡ Send the parcel through the most standard, economical method of delivery to the following address:

Notify Sportvis Outlet by sending an email to email@example.com in which you state the order number and the products that will be returned. Also include the expenses you had to make to send the parcel back to us, because under normal circumstances these costs will be refunded to you* within 14 days. This will be done through the same payment method as was used for paying the order, unless agreed upon otherwise.
