After having received your complaint you will get a confirmation.
We will answer to your complaint within 14 days. In case we need more time, we will always let you know.
In case you are still not satisfied, you can always contact the medation department of the Trustmark Foundation where Sportvis Outlet is registred. In case the mediation leads to no solution, there is the possibility to file your complaint to the Commission of Disputes (SGC)
