We have several available payment methods: iDeal, Mr. Cash, pay in advance or afterwards by bank, and Paypal. When picking up an order at our warehouse you can only pay in advance, or with cash on location.
For the convenience of our regular and foreign customers we invented a new type of service: Smart Shopping. Instead of paying for shipping every time you order, you can also choose to pay your order and to wait with shipping until a next time you order. By combining several smaller orders you can save shipping costs! You can do this until you decide that a next order is the order to ship everything, or until it reaches the maximum weight of 31.5 kg.
This depends on your geographical location, but normally any order ships within two days after payment. Check out the Delivery & collection section to see how long shipping takes for your country, and check Track your order to see where it’s located at this moment.
Call us and we’ll work it out in such a way that you keep smiling. Our return policy is based on principles that protect web-customers according to the Trust mark Foundation. Within 14 days you can return the product, free of charge, and together we will look for the solution that suits you best. This could be sending a different product, or returning your money, as you wish. Check out Returns & refunds for more explanation.
Of course you do: cheap or not, a product simply has to deliver what it’s supposed to deliver. On all products standard factory warranty applies. If a deficit occurs that falls within this warranty, just contact us and we’ll sort it out for you.
